Indications
Lichen sclerosus of the genital area or other locations, disease resistant to topical steroids
Contraindications
Pregnancy, allergy to the photosensitiser, porphyria, photosensitivity disorders
Anesthesia
Usually not required; a burning sensation may occur during the procedure
Physical activity
Protect the treated area from direct sunlight for 48 hours; avoid irritating the treatment site

4-8 sessions at intervals determined individually by the physician
