How does the Fotona 4D treatment work?
The classic Fotona 4D treatment consists of 4 stages that target different skin levels:
SMOOTHLiftin™
This stage is performed inside the oral cavity. Its goal is to stimulate collagen production and improve mid-face firmness. This stage is particularly important in treating nasolabial folds, the mouth area, and cheek laxity. This stage is completely painless.
FRAC3®
This non-invasive stage works multi-dimensionally on all skin layers. The laser creates thermal micro-injuries, stimulating fibroblasts in deeper skin layers for collagen renewal.
PIANO®
This is a stage of deep, controlled tissue heating, aimed at thermal skin tightening and improving its firmness. In practice, it supports lifting, facial contour improvement, and laxity reduction.
SUPERFACIAL™
The final stage is responsible for surface skin finishing — improving smoothness, freshness, colour, and luminosity. This is where the effect of more even, rested, and smoothed skin is enhanced.

The number of treatments is always tailored individually to the patient's skin needs. For this reason, we do not create treatment packages.
